These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by WeblyPro Studio, operated by DEVOPTIMISATION LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste 100, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Services

WeblyPro Studio provides digital web design, landing page creation, website updates, website redesign, website review, and website maintenance services.

Digital delivery

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project information, content, images, website access, login details, business details, and feedback when required.

Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the selected service and on the client providing required information and access on time.

Lawful use

Services are for lawful business websites only. WeblyPro Studio does not provide services related to illegal content, adult content, gambling, crypto, investment schemes, financial services, regulated products, or misleading businesses.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. WeblyPro Studio does not store full payment card details. All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and exclude any applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax), which are calculated at checkout. Card statements will display the descriptor WeblyPro Studio.

Revisions

Some services may include reasonable revisions depending on the selected package. Additional revisions or extra work may require an additional fee.

Intellectual property

Once full payment has been received and cleared, the client owns the final delivered work (designs, code, copy specifically created for them). WeblyPro Studio retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain governed by their original licenses.

Limitation of liability

WeblyPro Studio's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or downtime of third-party platforms (hosting, CMS, plugins).

Cancellation

Clients may cancel before work begins for a full refund. After work has started, cancellation is handled per our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving delivered work.
