Digital Delivery Policy

All WeblyPro Studio services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods.
Depending on the selected service, delivery may be completed through email, online communication, video calls, website dashboard access, digital file handover, or written reports.
How to order and confirmation emails
To order, customers contact WeblyPro Studio with their project details. We then send a personalized Stripe payment link by email, usually within 1 business day. Once the payment link is paid, customers receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a delivery confirmation email once the work has been completed and made available.
Estimated delivery times
- Website Consultation: 1–3 business days
- Website Quick Fix: 1–5 business days
- Landing Page Review: 1–5 business days
- Basic Website Update: 1–5 business days
- Landing Page Design: 3–10 business days
- One-Page Website: 5–10 business days
- Small Business Website Package: 5–14 business days
- Website Redesign: 5–14 business days
- Website Maintenance Package: one-time, active for 30 days from start date
Delivery time may depend on the client providing the required information, content, images, website access, and feedback.
After payment, customers should contact us or wait for instructions by email to provide project details.
