Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund before work has started.
Once work has started, refunds may be partial depending on the amount of work already completed.
For completed digital services, refunds are generally not available unless the service was not delivered as described.
If a customer has an issue with an order, they should contact us first so we can review the request and provide a fair solution.
Website Maintenance Package
The Website Maintenance Package is a one-time payment for a 30-day service window. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Once maintenance work for the 30-day window has begun, the payment is non-refundable. To purchase another 30-day window, place a new order at any time.
Statement descriptor
Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as WeblyPro Studio.
How to request a refund
Refund requests can be sent to contact@weblyprostudio.com.
Please include the customer name, order details, payment date, and reason for the refund request. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear on your card or bank statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued in euros (EUR) to the original payment method via Stripe; your bank may apply currency conversion if your card is in another currency.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at contact@weblyprostudio.com so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution and may result in additional fees being passed on under our Terms of Service.
