WeblyPro Studio is operated by DEVOPTIMISATION LLC.
We collect basic customer information such as name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, service selected, project details, and messages submitted through contact forms.
How we use information

Payment information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. WeblyPro Studio does not store full card numbers or full payment card details — these are handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance.
Third-party processors
To deliver our services we share limited data with the following processors:
- Stripe — payment processing (name, email, billing address, card details entered on Stripe's hosted checkout).
- Email service provider — sending order confirmations, delivery notifications, and support replies (name, email).
- Hosting / CDN provider — delivering the website and storing project files (technical request data).
Each processor is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer personal information.
Data retention
We keep customer and project data for as long as needed to deliver the service and for up to 7 years afterwards to comply with US tax and accounting requirements. Contact-form messages that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal obligations.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and use it only for legitimate business purposes. The website is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function and for basic analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
