Orders & payments
- How do I pay?
- After you contact us with your project details, we send you a personalized Stripe payment link by email — usually within 1 business day. You pay securely on Stripe's hosted page; we never see or store your full card details.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Through the Stripe payment link we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA where available.
- What currency are prices in?
- All prices are in euros (EUR). Applicable taxes (VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
- Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
- Every package is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals — you only pay for what you order.
- How will the charge appear on my statement?
- Charges appear as WeblyPro Studio on your bank or card statement.
Delivery
- How are services delivered?
- Everything is delivered digitally — by email, video calls, and dashboard or website access. We don't ship any physical goods.
- How long will my project take?
- Turnaround depends on the package: small fixes and reviews take 1–5 business days, landing pages take 3–10 business days, full website packages take 5–14 business days. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
- Will I get a confirmation email?
- Yes. You receive an order confirmation immediately after payment and a delivery confirmation once the work is completed.
Refunds & support
- What's your refund policy?
- Refunds are available before work begins. Once work has started refunds may be partial, and completed digital services are generally non-refundable unless the work was not delivered as described. See our Refund Policy for details.
- How long do refunds take?
- Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- What if I have a dispute?
- Please contact us first at contact@weblyprostudio.com — we resolve issues directly and most disputes can be settled without filing a chargeback.
- What are your support hours?
- Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 EST. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.

- Do I own the work after payment?
- Yes. Once full payment has cleared, you own the final delivered work. Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain governed by their original licenses.
